A Cow
The chocolate melts in my mouth Hardened almonds struck my teeth It is time now, the wind blows by whistling Something has shifted persisting happiness Envelopes filled with letters of elsewhere Brings a new wave of teary spotting It has been a while now since these lips curved Something hangs in the air filled with rust The wrapper flickered with a rainbow of gold The illusion it served had vanished all woes It was an unreal reality far beyond any measuring Beauty so stark bright concealing all under doings Now the sweetness has evaporated so has its after effect Now lingers a mere longing of the fleeting feeling The plastic now lays down bottom so low it shall be doomed It is as if there was once a world of pure bliss now bygone
